Development

With over 50 years of experience in real estate development, SOMA (Grupo Sordo Madaleno) is one of Mexico's leading real estate companies. SOMA operates 11 properties in five Mexican states, including mixed-use, commercial, entertainment, art and office. Another 11 projects are under development in six cities in Mexico and abroad. It is responsible for the administration of approximately 1,463 tenants of more than 365 different brands, with a portfolio of 727,000 m² GLA and an average occupancy rate of 96%. SOMA is currently in charge of the development of a further 262,000 m².
